Knowledge of how the repletion cycle works.
When trying to predict the exam I am making a calculated guess. Don't just study the lists. They are there for you to spend a little extra time on.
I usually put 2 lists together: 25 Topics List The minor list of 25 topics that I think will be on the exam: 1 Asthma 2 NAI 3 Kawasaki 4 Wrist Trauma 5 Burn 6 Pelvic fracture 7 Post Drowning 8 Status Epilepticus 9 Internal Disaster 10 Complaint 11 Mobitz Block 12 STEMI 13 Wellens 14 Thyroid Storm 15 Priapism 16 Ischaemic Bowel 17 Lower GI Bleed 18 Hyphaema 19 Painfull LOV- Glaucoma 20 Pre-eclampsia 21 Serotonin syndrome 22 Organophosphates 23 Hydrofkuoric Acid Burns 24 Hyper K 25 Hyper/Hypo Na
